I've spent some time this week transferring all sets that will be discontinued once they have sold out across to the Clearance section.  They have now all been reduced by between 10% - 40% with some original  clearance items at 70% off!  No discount coupon code is needed as I have changed all the sets prices :)

Friday Feature - All New Sets!

Hello to you all and welcome back to our regular Friday Feature!  This year we are going to spin it around a little and offer the same set for an entire month as our Friday Feature set, this way you get to see a sets versatility over a longer period!  So what better way than to start sharing with you samples using two new sets to be released at the end of the month!  Now I'm only showing you a little sneak peek of the set, we can't be giving it all away just yet :)

Friday Feature and some Shop News

Only 5 more sleeps!  Are you as excited as I am??  Some of you may have noticed that I haven't been blogging for a little while now on my personal blog. Life has been hectic, health has been below average, and I needed a brake to reassess which way I was wanting to go...  AnnaBelle Stamps has been a love of mine for a little over 4 years, but it has been a hard love.  I've put many hours of work in to making AnnaBelle Stamps (a lot more goes on behind the scenes!) and I was at a point where I just couldn't do any more, or be creative, so I stopped, took a deep breath, and made a decision.  I will be scaling AnnaBelle Stamps down to something that is fun rather than the wanting and needing it to be a full time business.  I may release just once or twice a year, I may release more digital images, I just don't know yet, but what I do know is that most stock needs to go, I have waaaay too much!  I went out and did a course to get myself out of working at home and back in to the workforce, nothing on that front yet, but I'm hoping it will happen.

So here it is….The whole store, including the clearance section is at 30% off!  Some sets will definitely continue on after the sale, but most will not be re-ordered.  This process may take me a few months to achieve, but I hope you'll help me spread the word of this clearance sale!  All you will need is a code and here it is :

Friday Feature - All of our Christmas sets!

Good evening everyone!  We are on the home run now with only 12 sleeps to go!  I hope everyone is excited and organised for their Christmas celebrations this year!  I think I can say 'yes' to that for the most part lol!  My tree and decorations are done as well as half of my baking.  I have all of my nativity scenes scattered around the house so we are reminded of 'why', and I just need to finish up my cards (hmmm, they always seem to be last!), so all in all I'm feeling pretty relaxed :)

Topical Tuesday: Chalkboard Ornaments

Hi there, it's Tobi here with a fun kid-friendly Topical Tuesday!

I bought a package of plain, clear Christmas ornaments knowing I wanted to decorate them somehow, so really this was all just playing around... 

First, we painted our ornaments with Black Gesso. Yes, there's BLACK gesso! It dries matte so I figured it would look just like chalkboard paint (because I didn't have any...). 

Next, using a few stamps from Holly Jolly Christmas, I stamped in white pigment ink onto the ornament. Hint: don't mount the stamps on anything. Use your fingers to help the stamp hug the curves of the ornament. 

So when all was said and done, I liked the clean-and-simple look of the black and white (with a touch of red) better than my attempt at colour: 

I still have a few ornaments left to decorate, I wonder what I'll do with them??!!
