Hello,
Sue here, and it's my turn to try and inspire you to join in the fun that we call Topical Tuesday.
I thought I'd share a card made using the Black Magic technique. In short it's just stamping a solid image using white pigment ink to black card. Once the ink is dry you add colour with colouring pencils.
Requirements:
A solid image.
Black card.
White Pigment Ink.
Colouring Pencils.
Card for your base card.
Embellishments to complete your card.
Heat Gun. (possibly)
1. Using white pigment ink stamp your solid image to black card. Use a heat gun to dry the ink well before colouring. (or like me, go make dinner whilst it dries:))
2. Colour over the white ink using (Prisma) colouring pencils. For my card I used three shades of a colour for the larger flowers and two for the smaller ones and stems.
3. I dry blended the colours for the flowers and left a little of the white ink showing on some too.
Here's the finished card, I added some highlights using a white gel pen to finish off the black panel.
This is a fun, easy technique.........why not give it a try! Add your project to the gallery at Stamp Embellish Create giving it the TAG tt051........I'd love to see your version:)
Thanks for taking the time today........
