September Blog Hop and Giveaway!!

Hello and welcome to our September Blog Hop!!  This month we have two brand new clear sets as well as a brand new digital product called Printable Pages!!

To start are our new clear sets Scribble Scrabble 1 & 2.  These are large 6" x 8" sets and you can see we've created a theme for each - round for 1 and squares for 2!  This could open the way for all sorts of shapes to come don't you think :-)

Scribble Scrabble 1 has a large border stamp which will stretch across the bottom of a card and lots of patterned circles and shadow ovals, such fun!

Scribble Scrabble 2 is a little retro as well I think and great to build backgrounds just like the first set!

Now on to our Printable Pages!  These are digital downloads of some of our Christmas images for this year, and are perfect to get the Christmas card making started!  Each set has 5 pages (A4size) of designs laid out to print, cut, colour or paste, whatever your imagination can think of!  There are four images with three pages having sentiments and one plain, as well as a whole sheet of gift tags to create!!  Click on the images to see them a little more closely!

We have two prizes to give away this month!  One person will receive Scribble Scrabble 1 and Christmas 1 and another the Scribble Scrabble 2 and Christmas 2!!  All you need to do is follow along with our hop and comment as you go before heading back to this blog to add your name on the Inlinkz below, it's so easy and you don't even need a blog to play along!!  The Inlinkz will stay open until Sunday night 8.00pm AEST so you have a full 48hrs to play along and share with your friends :)

Sneak Peek Day 1

Topical Tuesday ~ Triple Time Stamping

Hi Guys,

I hope you're all well and enjoying your week!

It's Kylie here for another Tropical Tuesday instalment and today I'm going to show you a super easy technique that I came across in my forever growing 'To Do' list that I jotted down about 18mths ago that I found browsing the net and I thought it was about time I do it lol!

You might of heard of it or even given it a go, today I'm doing 'Triple Time Stamping'

It's so easy and if you love layering like I do then this might be the technique for you!


First off cut all your cardstock...You will need
In coloured CS(I have used brown):
A5 card base 10.5cm X 14.8cm
8cm X 12.3cm
5.5cm X 9.8cm

Neutral cardstock(I have used vanilla)
10cm X 14.3cm
7.5cm X 11.8cm
5cm X 9.3cm

Layer all three of your neutral cardstock using a little double sided tape

Now for the fun part...

Using 'Butterfly Sunshine' Stamp randomly over all the 3 layers.  You will notice a tiny gap but don't worry this will not be see once you assemble your card!

I'm so sorry for the odd colour of the photo, I must off press a wrong button on the camera as I took it and didn't notice until I uploaded the pics, I would off redone it but I ran out of time!

The lighter butterflies are pink and the darker ones are brown, sorry again about the pic!


Now all you need to do is adhere your stamped panels onto your coloured panels!

To finish off your card,  layer all the mats up, trying to line the images up as close as you can

I finished off my card by wrapping some brown twine around my smallest panel before adhering it to the card and stamped 'Dream' onto a tiny tag and tied it onto my twine and for an extra touch I place some 6mm and 3mm Blossom Sprinkles onto the largest butterfly's body!

Supplies Used:
Annabelle Stamps:
~Butterfly Sunshine Stamp Set
~Dark Brown Twine
~3mm Blossom Sprinkles
~6mm Blossom Sprinkles

Other:
~Brown and Vanilla Cardstock
~Brown and Pink Ink
~Tag Punch
