Hi and welcome to day 2! Did you love everything your saw from preview 1?? Today we have two new sets that co-ordinate with each other. The numbers were hand drawn by our DT member Teresa, and I've included them in our first Backgrounds by Design set.
Here they are :
Both of these will be great for birthdays, and you just may see on your travels how well these numbers fit inside our Lil Monsters balloon and Helen's Party balloon!
Start the hop HERE, be sure to leave a comment on each DT blog as you go, then finish back here.
Answer the following question :
Do you like creating your own backgrounds??
Leave your answer in the comments section on this post :) The winner of these preview sets will be announced on the 21st October!
Happy hopping everyone,
Hugs,
Andrea
You know, I typically don't like making my own backgrounds because you have to do random stamping, without really being random... But, I think I might be able to handle these because they are easy to line up and fill the whole paper!

I love backgrounds! And this looks like a very versatile set. Great way to make your own colour matched patterned paper.
ReplyDeleteI loved this hop as always. There didnt seem to be anything up on Jerusha's though? Anyway all the DT work is amazing and so inspiring, I really want these sets now! I love making my own backgrounds and now I have tonnes of ideas on how to use these super cute numbers whizzing around in my head - I cant wait to get them!!
ReplyDeleteI love making backgrounds of my own as we dont get much supplies where I live and also its too expensive....So this stamp is just perfect. So many ideas are already coming to mind...lol. Thanks for giving a chance to win.
ReplyDeletewhat fun it was to hop all around the blogs! I do admit, I love background stamps and making my own backgrounds, although I'm often lazy and grab something premade. The DT sure have inspired me to try out some of my old ones again!
ReplyDeleteYep, but I have to get better at it. The cards on the hop were amazing, such an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Anne
That was a great hop and yes, sometimes, but these sets make it much easier and the ideas from the DT team mean that I will be a little more adventurous in future! Thanks for that.
ReplyDeleteAwesome blog hop everyone! I do love to make my own backgrounds, although sometimes I get a bit lazy and use PP instead.
ReplyDeletei love stamping my backgrounds! And despite the fact that I have a nice stash of pattern paper just waiting to be used I always find myself going back to stamping the background!
ReplyDeleteI've totally enjoyed this blog hop. All the ladies are very talented and the stamps are adorable. I do like making my own backgrounds as I get to chose my colors and place the designs and intermix sets as well. Background stamps are a great tool to have in your bag of tricks.
ReplyDeleteGreat stamp sets again Andrea and fabulous inspiration from the DT.
ReplyDeleteI love stamping my own backgrounds, but I so also like having a few wheels and background stamps in my stash too!
i dont do it too often because then i hate covering it up!!!
