Happy Tuesday everyone! This week I'm back with more water and paints and colouring! A couple of weeks ago I started to clean my office and tidy my very large collection of cards I have made. Many I have given to charity or the school fete because I simply don't know what else to do with them! Then I thought what about an art journal....it would mean I could still colour without adding to my card collection...so I set out to find a journal and start one (you'll see which ones I bought on my personal blog and find a giveaway as well!).
I started with some acrylic paints and covered the entire page. In the centre I adhered a torn piece of newspaper then applied a thin coat of gesso before stamping my image from the Squared Posies set.
Check the video out below for all the details, and I'm always happy to answer any questions you might have :)
Have a wonderful evening everyone!
Hugs for now,
Andrea
Gorgeous - it really shines. Love seeing all the techniques
ReplyDeleteThis is just Gorgeous Andrea. Love the colors and technique. TFS
ReplyDeleteGreat Andrea. TFS.
ReplyDeleteLove your journal page - the painterly look of it and the colors. Great idea too - to do some pages instead of only cards. I tend to limit myself to cards I want to send and I just don't have as many people/occasions as there are challenges.
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous Andrea :)
ReplyDeleteThis is fab, really enjoyed the video!
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous creation Andrea.
